$5/LB hanging weight.

Whole: Approximately 550#, $2750. Yields approximately 302# of beef for your freezer.

Half: Approximately 275#, $1375. Yields approximately 151# of beef for your freezer.

Quarter: Approximately 137#, $685. Yields approximately 75# of beef for your freezer.

All weights are approximate. Final yield will be affected by your cut preferences. Wait time from order to delivery is approximately 3 weeks and will vary with demand. $300 non-refundable deposit required. See our cut list (above) for the variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Some cuts will not be available based upon your preferences, e.g. you can get New York Strip steaks / filet medallions OR T-bones / porterhouse, but not New York Strips and T-bones. Offer does not apply to 100% grassfed beef. Pick-up must take place within a week of scheduled fulfillment date, which will be determined in advance so you have time to plan. $100 delivery fee to Pittsburgh or any other off-farm drop location.

Clarion Farms Family Pack

In response to our customers' requests for MORE BEEF, we have designed the Clarion Farms Family Pack to stock your freezer with all of your favorite cuts of our fresh beef for around $400.00 Delivered to an of farm location and $380.00 picked up at the farm.  With this variety-pack option, you will receive approximately 40 pounds of CLARION FARMS BEEF including:

• 2 packs of stew meat (1-pound packages)

• 15 pounds of ground beef (1-pound packages)

• 2 packages of 1/4 pound beef patties (4 patties/pack)

• 4 T-bone steaks

• 4 ribeye steaks

• 2 sirloin steaks

• 4 roasts

If you and your family are interested in purchasing a Clarion Farms Family Pack, you may let us know the next time you are in the store or contact us on Facebook (Clarion Farms Beef Barn) and we will put your name on the list.  Your CF Family Pack may be picked up in our Clarion store, or on Saturdays in the Pittsburgh Strip District.  Typical wait times are 1-2 weeks.  Thank you!
