We're in the Strip today from 9-12 beside the extraordinary Bar Marco on Penn Avenue between 22 and 23 Streets. The wonderful folks at Gruber Farms Pasture Raised Meats will be joining us (one-stop shopping for beef, pork, and chicken!) Look for our blue tent and smiling faces.

If you shop from our farm, you already cook at home. Preaching the 'made from scratch for dinner' message is wasted wind; our followers are the kitchen gurus. But we cannot disagree that life gets hectic, and once in a while you want something that can be ready with as little prep as possible. Alas, have you looked at the ready-to-eat options out there? This year we're working on changing that reality. New in the coolers are whole smoked briskets from our farm that can be heated and served without hours spent tending a smoker.
