Somewhere, right now in your city, a person is waking up, gazing out at the cold, and thinking 'Man, I need a big honking steak today.'

Find that couple and bring them to the Strip this morning, because I have ribeyes that will make any locavore weep with joy. Dad had them special cut and only two packs remain...I would like to leave the beauties in the hands of someone who will artfully combine fire, butter, garlic and cast iron to yield a delicious masterpiece. A masterpiece to be enjoyed with a glass of good beer, naturally...
