Wednesdays are our favorite because this is the day we re-stock to Beef Barn with piles of our highly coveted steaks, roasts, and ground beef. It's not just a small blip on the radar; Dad hauls full pickup loads of our community minded BEEF back from the abattoir every week.

What does this selection regeneration mean for YOU? It's a clear indication that you're going to be eating well this week. Even a weatherman could accurately predict such a sizzling forecast, and the loooooooooong and glorious evenings of late Spring are begging you to take advantage.

All the regular is in stock, or, if you're like me, maybe grassfed is on the menu (it's available fresh cut this week). Either way, you can rest assured you're getting authentic, high quality beef from our farm for your family. The world is trying to cash in on the thought of local; we fully embrace the meaning of the word by living it.
